From I 93S: Exit 8 (Bridge St/Wellington Rd.) Bear right at the exit - Go through one stop light – THS will be on your immediate left.
From I 93N: Exit 8 (Bridge St/Wellington Rd.) Bear right at the exit – Go through two stop lights- THS will be on your immediate left.
From Route 3N: Go through tolls at Bedford – Take a right onto 293 East (Portsmouth/Seacoast) – Pass the Mall of NH and bear left onto I 93N – follow directions above for I 93N.
