Fair-Share Calendar Lottery $100
A fair share charge of $100 per family for our Holiday Calendar Lottery is mandatory and will be collected with tuition and fees. 10 prepaid lottery calendars will be given to a child in each family before Thanksgiving. These calendars may be kept or resold. Other calendars may be purchased or sold for $10 each to be eligible for other prizes.
Books
Books are extra and can be purchased through MBA Direct Trinity Book Store (http://bookstore.mbsdirect.net/trinity-hs.htm)
Financial Aid
You may apply for financial aid online via the FACTS link: https://www.factstuitionaid.com/facts/gaindex. Application forms are also available after the first of the year from the Trinity Business Office (668-2910, ext. 17). All applications are processed through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, Lincoln, Neb. All applications are due by April 15.

FRESHMEN & NEW STUDENTS: You may deduct your $750 deposit.
_____ Option A: One Payment: Full payment, less a $200.00 discount ($9,875) is due on or before July 1, 2013.
This can also be paid through F.A.C.T.S. (Fast Automatic Cash Transfer System) with no fees. The payment can be transferred from your checking or savings account on July 1. If using FACTS please enroll by June 20. No discounts will be allowed after July 1.
_____ Option B: Two Payments: All fees, fair share and 50% of tuition ($5,087.50) are due by July 1, 2013. The balance of $4,987.50 is due before December 1, 2012. This can also be paid through F.A.C.T.S for a $10 fee. Payments will be transferred from your checking or savings account on the 5th or 20th of of July and December. If using FACTS please enroll on-line by June 20th.
_____ Option C: Three to Eleven Payments: through F.A.C.T.S. Payments can be transferred from your checking or savings account on the 5th or 20th of the month starting in July and must be completed by May 31, 2014. The fee for this service is $35. If you choose this option please enroll by June 20th for your first withdrawal in July. Figures will be checked by the Business Office. A confirmation notice will then be sent to you by F.A.C.T.S.
_____ Option D: Charge Card: Tuition may be charged on your MasterCard or Discover per any option listed above for a convenience fee approximately 2½%. This option can only be handled by F.A.C.T.S. for the same $35 service fee.
